QUIT THE HIT,
WEEK BY WEEK

Your Quit the Hit guide will send the group messages five days a week, for five weeks. Each week has a new goal, with questions, challenges, and strategies that are proven to help you quit. Here’s the week-by-week breakdown:

WEEK ONE

Meet everyone in your group, get to know their stories and your guide. Then, reflect on the role vaping (and quitting) plays in your life, which helps keep you motivated to quit.

WEEK TWO

The rubber hits the road! Begin building your quit skills: start slowly vaping less and learn a variety of strategies that will help you quit. Being prepared is key to quitting with fewer slip-ups.

WEEK THREE

This week’s challenge is the biggest: quit vaping as a group! This week, we will get you through those first days right after quitting with support and skills.

WEEK FOUR

This week is all about staying motivated, getting through slip-ups, and encouraging each other to keep going. We’ve got this!

WEEK FIVE

We keep up the motivation and energy, and we spend some time preparing for triggers after the program ends. And, we celebrate how far all of you have come, whether you haven’t vaped since quit day or you’ve slipped up a time or two.
